Our client is looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual, with an entrepreneurial flair, as a General Manager for a newly formed company in the entertainment industry in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Company will be involved in building, acquiring and managing entertainment facilities through out the UAE.

Some of the job responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting for new revenue opportunities
• Creating detailed business plans for projects
• Hiring and training key individuals
• Creating and managing budgets

Critical attributes desired:

• Senior management experience
• Great communication skills
• Highly organized and adept in multi tasking
• Hands on experience
• Creative and a go getter
• Highly self motivated and the ability to work in a team and also perform independently

Specific skills desired:

• MBA with minimum of 10 years of business development experience.
• Hardcore experience in the entertainment industry is a must.
• Must possess a creative and innovative acumen and an appreciation of popular culture and consumer product trends and consumption habits.
• Experience in the UAE market/GCC market is definitely desirable
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines in complex business environments.

• Excellent work ethics and attitude towards work
• Knowledge of Arabic would be a great plus
